I am currently developing a blog in the style of classic postwar men's adventure magazines. The focus will be lurid, sensational short stories of action, adventure, horror, weird news, and true crime, with titillating titles and (hopefully) splashy, evocative art to accompany each piece.
If you're not familiar with these mags, search Google for "men's adventure magazines", and visit www.menspulpmags.com.
I'll need artwork in the style of these classic mags and '70s exploitation movie posters. Bottom line - big guns, leering villains, savage animal attacks, busty babes.
This is not a paid assignment (for the time being), but contributing artists will be credited for their work. I'm also open to accepting story submissions from writers interested in this style of writing.
Interested parties please contact me at mcallowayX2@yahoo.com. Thanks!
